WOW! Just tried the ‘drumming’ from your first link. It actually did silence the tinnitus for a few minutes. I am sure the first time doing the drumming procedure was not well accomplished.
I’ll update as I improve the exercise.
Thanks!
What was the dosage?
didn’t record them don’t really go to the link
didnt record them dont really go to the link
What a reply! Do you always make this much sense?

ESAD AH
It surprised me too. Not a cure, but it does reduce the buzzing.
I notice that some of the drumming is in about the same place as some of the acupuncture massage points from the second link. I haven’t really tried those but I intend to.
(Massaging or just putting pressure on the indicated areas.)
There are treatments that claim to cure tinnitus. They contain biotin and something that was extracted from oranges. Take B vitamins and eat oranges too, I suppose. There are some other threads that about the same time that this came out that discuss medical treatments, or potential medical treatments.
I tried the acupressure thingy also. On first try it did not do as well as the drumming. Will try again.
As to the biotin and orange stuff, I trust the Tinnitus Assn and they have not said these are effective.
Done!..............
I want to be on the tinnitus ping list.
Please put me on the list.
Thank you.
