Bolling should take it to the Personnel Office and filed a formal complaint — that Rivera is causing a hostile workplace by threatening other News Corp employee(s) with physical violence during their on-air (and probably off-air) duties.
Hit (figuratively) the former attorney where it would hurt.
The threat, especially if on-air, should be more than enough for News Corp to have grounds to can/fire Rivera.
