Great set plays put the USA up early and Japan was awful in the comeback role. Good for Carly Lloyd from our hometown of Delran, NJ. With that said, IMHO Alex Morgan took this team to where it is with her unheralded hard work in the previous games....and besides that...she's really easy on the eyes. Congrats USA Women's Soccer!

Uh, it’s soccer...there is something distinctly un-American about a game that routinly ends in a tie. I guess with our rapid decline from a world leader to a soon to be 2nd world state, it is appropro that soccer is gaining more and more popularity...I miss America.
