I wonder why is all the attention on Roberts? He's not the only pinhead on the Court. If he was, this would have gone 8-1 the other way, with pinhead Roberts being the dissenter.

This is not, by far, the first illogical decision by SCOTUS, and if you add in the illogical Circuit Court decisions that SCOTUS allows to stand, it's been clear for decades, to anybody who took the time to look, that the legal system is a sham and charade when it comes to social issues. (it works okay for everyday, repetitive disputes, most criminal law cases, etc.).

When the GOPe candidate Jeb loses, the loss will be blamed on conservatives for staying home. Not unlike McCain in 2008 and Romney in 2012. The GOPe will only hate conservatives more than it does today.
