So, Chief Justice Roberts, How was the Lobotomy?
His Master's Voice | 6/25/2015 | HMV

Sorry it reduced your competence so dramatically. A first-year law student knows that the role of the Supreme Court is to rule on the legality of a law, not to interpret what it might say.

As the Chief Justice of the highest court in the land, you have irreparably damaged the legal system of the United States of America and the separation of powers between branches.

The chaos that will ensue will render our our entire legal system useless, and have the potential to bring about the collapse of our entire way of life.

Benjamin Franklin tells us that a free nation requires men of virtue. You, sir, have abandoned virtue for the cause of politics. You have no business serving in, much less leading the Supreme Court of the United States of America.

It has been reported that SCJ Roberts has epilepsy.
He had a seizure while at his summer place in New
England and was transported by EMTs to the hospital
A while back.

He did have seizures a while back, two, in 2007 and 1993, unsure of the cause or the circumstance. I do know he has no gonads, his children are adopted. He cannot read English either. Lastly, this is no conservative, having taken everyone to the cleaners, including George W. Bush, the senate, and Hugh Hewitt. This guy is a disgrace to the court and our country.

If there was any doubt as to whether someone had the goods on Roberts before, this removed all doubt.

Justice Roberts offered himself to Obama for an operation, all right, but it was far lower anatomically then his skull and involved little more than a tube of Vaseline.

Then do you agree with the ruling?

Trick question. I think the ruling was legally correct, as was the previous one three years ago. The problem - literally the elephant in the American living room - is that a healthcare law was made a part of the tax code. Congress did that. And the problem with it is the American people don't know that there are limits to the tax code, because the taxing agencies have been allowed to run amuck, and the Courts won't tell anyone how to safely challenge those limits.

So, effectively, Obamacare is applied to everyone, when legally, it is severely restricted in application. But when no one knows that, they can't demand Congress and the Courts show them how to safely invoke those limits. Not because it can't be done - but because no one knows it even exists.

Roberts pointed to those limits in his previous, infamous, Obamacare ruling, and I posted about it then. But people are never so blind as when they think they already know the answer - even when they admit their own answer doesn't make any sense.

I almost wish I didn't know the answer. Watching the country go down because no one believes the "exit door" is real is far worse than if there actually wasn't an exit door.

Good point.

An even better point is that Obamacare is a bad law and it needs to be repealed by Congress.

Ted Cruz, Carly Fiorina and probably Scott Walker are going to make the 2016 a referendum on the repeal of ObamaCare.

Just about the time the many times delayed employer mandate and the rest of the really bad parts of the law start to hit the voters.

If Americans step up to the plate vote to overturn ObamCare then it ends, if they don't, then Americans deserve what they get.

Simple as that

Ask Roberts how he got blackmailed due to illegal adoption of two Irish babies by way of a South American nation. Ireland does not allow foreigners to come and adopt and take their babies and children.

I remember the glee from certain factions on FR when he was appointed a position on the Supreme Court. He was liberal leaning then and they wouldn’t see it. Well I hate to say it, but some on FR are just party member like the GOP, except in this case it was the Catholic church crew.

Makes me sick.

2010 was a referendum year on Obamacare. The public uprising known as the Tea Party gave the Republicans control of the Hpuse and the government purse strings. The House had some show votes for repeal but failed to us it’s real power of the purse to defund the program.

2012 should have been another referendum on Obamacare but the GOP nominated the originator of Romneycare, The predecessor to Obamacare. For that reason alone Mr. Romney had no credibility. Add to that his unwillingness to aggressively attack Obama on any issue. 2012 was a huge missed opportunity.

2014 was a referendum year on Obamacare. The people gave the Republicans the House, the Senate, and a mandate to end Obamacare as well as other policies of Obama. So far, the GOP has ignored its mandate and is focusing on supporting Obama’s agenda.

2016 may be another referendum year on Obamacare. However the opposition party has consistently shown itself unwilling to use its power to do anything but support the Left’s agenda. How will a President Walker, President Cruz or President Fiorina change anything without the backing of Congress and the Congressional leadership? Obama could not have accomplished his early victors without the strong leadership of Pelosi and Reid. A GOP President in 2016 will have Boehner and McConnell who work for other masters. Add McCain, Corker, Alexander, Graham, Hatch, Collins, Murkowski and other independent Republicans in the Senate who will vote with the Dems when needed. I doubt a GOP president could muster 50 votes for passage, much less the votes to end a Senate filibuster.

The GOP will run Jeb, and likely Fiorina as VP. Jeb will not win, much less fight for the end of Obamacare. The people will be screaming abou 15-30% increases in health insurance premiums in the fall of 2015 and the GOP House and Senate will ignore the issue and fully fund Obamacare in the 2016 budget.
