“The problem is, the tax office wants more and more, and they are not cracking down on illegal street and apartment prostitution.”Of course most people will focus on the "free sex" distraction, but it is an important point... when businesses are forced to deal with an ever-increasing amount of obstacles and requirements and bureaucracy and taxes... and those who compete by using the black market are not pursued by government officials... what incentive do legitimate businesses have to follow the rules anymore?
