Those who once built their music-buying week around new albums coming out on Tuesdays will have to change their schedules.
The International Federation of the Phonographic Industry -- a trade group representing more than 1,300 international record labels -- has announced that beginning July 10, its members and a consortium of other retailers, artist reps and other groups in over 45 countries will shift to a single global Friday release date for new albums.

Not much can be said for what they call Rock-n-Roll these days either. They’ve pulled the balls off of rock. I mean Ed Sheeran? Give me a break. The guy (?) screams I could be a girl.
Where are the new Van Halens, where is the new Sabbath, where is this generation’s White Snake, or Queensryche?
The libs have been very successful telling boys they can’t be boys anymore. They have to be in touch with their “feminine” side.
It’s one of my peeves. Evidently the music industry has been taken over by pu$$ies like the rest of America.
One exception; Check out a group called “Madison Rising” good rockers, and conservative also.
