Oh, goodness. I have lung problems, and since my diagnosis, have been told just how serious certain infections are. For many people with delicate medical conditions, this could be a death sentence.

Immigration is my #3 issue, behind abortion and Second Amendment rights. I don’t see that changing, and I hope the GOP understands that I am far from the only one.

Every conversation I overheard, between other customers, was in Spanish. I’m used to hearing conversations in Spanish, sprinkled in here and there, but this was like nothing I’ve ever seen/heard, before. I’m also seeing a lot of late model BMW’s, Jaguars and Escalades, etc driven by these same folks.

There is also a heroin epidemic in a working class area south of Indianapolis, and a number of them have shared needles, bringing a local surge in HIV infections. It’s been in the local news for a couple of weeks now. Not really related to the school situation, but I’m sure that some of these addicts have children in public schools.
