Police officers and outlaw biker gangs often stand on common ground. Both attract the young and adventurous who value order, discipline and brotherhood. And on weekends tens of thousands of cops routinely trade their cruisers and badges for choppers and club colors.
The bond doesn't mean a free pass for criminal motorcycle gangs, but even some within law enforcement worry that too many officers believe bikers are just misunderstood Robin Hoods. And empathy from officers who emulate or even aspire to the outlaw life can put police or the public at risk, gang experts warn.

or not.
What a line of crap.
New thought crimes and new attitude crimes must be created to meet the present emergency.
I suppose I SHOULD add the /s to that statement. (It actually seems like a good idea to some around here.)
Five years or so ago I was at a service being held in the woods, The preachers said: “Not all cops are bad, not all are out to disarm you, not all want to hurt you.”
I asked him “Pastor, how do we tell the difference? How do we tell the good ones from the bad?”
He said “..... I don’t know.”
Anything to point out the bikers were white and while 9 were killed, according to the media, they got soft treatment from the cops. While many are still in jail, they continue to preach and rail about that soft treatment they say the bikers got vs the looters, arsonists and those needing room to destroy. The 9 dead bikers are swept under the rug to fit the media agenda.
This thing in Waco is turning into a “Hands Up! Don’t shoot!”.
False premise and misleading narrative from start to finish.
OK. Do you have a larger point?
Who has facts that they will not release?
Autopsy reports?
That’s just cops being cops.
They have 150 some Bandito’s and Cossack’s plus some mini-me’s in custody. A golden opportunity from their perspective.
Cops have said they have video of executions in the parking lot. They will have a lot to answer for if that is not true.
One of the guys arrested (in a Cossack or Bandito affiliate club) said he was unaware of any feud between the two clubs. Hardly believable.
I’d bet they are turning as many as they can before they have to release them.
If I am a 1%’er and I have some rough business to do, why would I want to do it if front of a deployed LE skirmish line?
Some may believe that criminals lack that basic drive of self preservation, I guess.
Why the public display? is about the only part that seems out of character.
Of course remember Las Vegas.
$hit happens.
Read up on Ludlow and Kent State if you think that ( as you stated) if LE did this they will have a lot to answer for. If LE did something they should have not it will be years before any one is held to account, if then, and if that day comes it will be some low level schlub or schlubs who get a wrist slap. The king decides who can chastise him, how, and for what.
The primary thing these criminal gangs have is basic drive of self preservation. Their key word is SELF. But like the arabs, stupidly think they are tough enough to get away with starting trouble in front of all.
Now how an obviously good father who raised his sons to be honorable patriotic Marines, can fall into these criminals trap of help us out when in fact these criminal gangers would step on you like a bug, is beyond logical comprehension. Stockholm Syndrome?
In the age of information availability LE is pretty much vindicated by an overwhelming margin. You can cherry pick examples but it doesn’t wash. I.E. Hands Up!
“...I asked him Pastor, how do we tell the difference? How do we tell the good ones from the bad?...”
Easy:
The one kicking your door in to disarm you is the bad one.
The one trying to STOP him from doing so is the good one.
I think one of them would be REAL lonely...
“This thing in Waco is turning into a Hands Up! Dont shoot!.
False premise and misleading narrative from start to finish.”
Really? From all the news reports I’ve read it certainly sounds like a set up by the cops.
The proof is in the mass incarceration for little to no reason.
Another thing bugging me is the mention of a criminal record. Past crimes do not make a current crime matter unless and until it is allowed to be brought up in a trial and/or sentencing if it gets that far.
I sincerely hope all those apologists here for what sounds and looks like a set up by the LE find themselves on the receiving end of the same thing soon. I bet their tune changes then.
Everything about this stinks. From the judge to the prosecutor to the men on the ground overly eager to shoot to the person giving the order to shoot. It’s all wrong and it needs to be brought out into the light of day for all to see. No cover up. If corruption has reached the level to where we can’t find out what happened here by seeing the videos and autopsy reports; all is lost and it’s time to go to plan B.
Bikers are among the most patriotic and conservative minded folks in America. They are the people you want on your side when it hits the fan.
I imagine this why the liberal trolls are hitting hard on these Waco/Biker threads trying to stir up controversy where there really isn’t any - yet.
You know who they are. Chances are very good at least 4 or 5 of them are the same person using different monikers. Maybe more. The snark they use is undeniably of the extreme liberal/progressive bent. It’s their most obvious tell which points to the mental disease they suffer from.
Really, Banditio's, Cossack's and their mini-me's are great patriotic Americans?
Trying to set the groundwork to discredit any cops who take the "wrong" side on this Waco massacre.
The name FOX is better than fiction, for a news organization that is a fox guarding the conservative henhouse.
