This is a “life in prison” kind of crime. Not that Holder or his recent replacement would take the case.
This article chilled me. What they have done in the name of “for the children”.

Keep this in mind. Under no circumstances should you see a physician that is a part of a big hospital system or big clinic. The medical decisions will be made by administrators who get their orders from the government. Your records will be electronic and accessible to anyone in the system as well as the government.
Look for a doctor that is independent and uses paper charts or electronic records that are not in a cloud or networked.
If you can pay cash, your insurance company will not easily access your records. This would be a must if your child has any psych or developmental problems.

This is relevant for caregivers of adults also. I know of a couple going through this now.
He has Alzheimer’s. She was his caregiver. She had a dizzy spell, due to a temporary drop in blood pressure. Her doctor apparently had her on too high a dose of blood pressure medication. Her doctor directed her to go the the emergency room. By then, her blood pressure was back to normal, but they kept her overnight for testing.
Without his caregiver, her husband was immediately sent to a nursing home of the hospital’s choosing. She fought it, and tried to get friends to care for him for the night, but the hospital took control.
When she was released, she tried to check her husband out of the nursing home, but they had already obtained legal custody, and refused to release him. She was visiting him twice a day, and seeking to regain custody.
Her doctor notified the DMV of her drop in blood pressure, and they revoked her driver license.
Now he’s in a nursing home, with no visitors, and she’s trapped at home, with no way to run errands, except for the occasional ride from a friend. All courtesy of DCF (Department of Children and Families).
A very sad story indeed. It is entirely possible to destroy families at all stages it seems.

They only do this to people who are too weak to fight back. If they tried this against someone with a gun and the strength to use it, I’m sure the result would be recognized as a legitimate use of self defense.

I wondered the same thing - the only thing I can think of is that if you want to get up and walk out it’s kinda difficult and will likely get you arrested if you are in public bare foot with your azz hanging out...
I’ll also wait for the official response.
CPS and authorities love going after big families. The State pays monthly when such children get placed or adopted out.
Judges who continue cases are also in collusion.
