They only do this to people who are too weak to fight back. If they tried this against someone with a gun and the strength to use it, I’m sure the result would be recognized as a legitimate use of self defense.

Such as the unborn. Just imagine if they had the means and ability to use deadly force for self defense. Things would be much different.
