laim their bag had been rifled through and a previously packed sex toy was taped to the outside.

If that was indeed the case then I support them in their lawsuit......

The airlines have no business in rifling thru checked baggage since that's how most of their thievery is conducted..........

-Did the bag pop open, the contents spill out and then the toy was attached?

The question is, how did the airline know they were gay?

some items hit on the bag check machine.especially dense rubber items and that is probably why the bag for search,to verify..Taping it to the out side was a whole dif deal.Maybe they were pissed cause they had to handle the “Thing”?

The airlines probably wouldn’t have done this. They don’t go through bags. It would have been the TSA.

The airlines don't go thru your your bags. That job is the TSA’s. While there is some risk of thievery at that point and it has happened you major risk is from the ramp rats who load your bags into the aircraft holds. That's where most thievery takes place.
