Agreed. Remember some years ago when a substance called Olean was introduced to replace fat in snack food. I had some potato chips made with Olean. Made me violently ill.

These days I don't buy any fat-free or reduced fat products. I just eat less of the full-fat versions.

Same here. It was pointed out by my food science major roommate during my college days, that even with reduced or fat free, the calories were about the same because they replaced the fat with sugar. I would just be better off if I had smaller servings of the regular options, or simply ate the junk food less often.
