BOOM: Veteran Attorney Reveals Baltimore Prosecutor Could Face JAIL for What She Just Did
You may perhaps have noticed the swiftness and sloppiness with which Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby charged the six officers involved in Freddie Gray’s arrest with his death.
A number of other people have noticed, too — notably Page Croyder, an attorney and 20-year veteran of the Baltimore State’s Attorney’s Office. In a blog post that was picked up by the Baltimore Sun, Croyder said that Mosby could even be jailed for false arrest.
She also said that, if not an arrest, the attorney was opening herself up to a civil suit by the policemen in the Freddie Gray case.
In the blog post, Croyder wrote, “Mosby has undermined the cause of justice rather than promoted it with her haste. She has created an expectation of guilt and conviction. But her own charging documents do not even support the most sensational charge of second degree murder, and they raise multiple points of doubt about other charges.

Indeed. The Mayors complicity in allowing teens to loot a pharmacy of prescription drugs is PROOF that she isn't interested in STOPPING riots. On the contrary, she and her State Attorney have done everything they can to ENSURE MORE RIOTING by OVERCHARGING their police officers.
If a Mayor CANNOT STAND BY HER POLICE, SHE HAS FAILED AS A MAYOR AND SHOULD RESIGN. Her skin color allows her to attack her own police WHILE SOMEHOW AVOIDING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE FAILURES OF HER POLICE and somehow get away with it.
As I type these words, the new Idiot General, Loretta "let's lynch some white people" Lynch, is on tv declaring the JD has decided to open an investigation into the practices of the Baltimore police. I'm sure it will be real fair. (snicker)
Freddie Gray ran away from the cops, then back towards them, as if to bait them to catch him.. Who was Freddie Gray working for that day, the DHS or DOJ? Why was 0dungo making desperate pleas to Congress to vote on Lynch? Why did the riots occur only four days after she was confirmed??? Coincidence? HARDLY.

Mebbe. Prosecutors have a LOT of leeway. I expect it will ALL be invoked, plus her multiple levels of indemnification. We'll see, though.
Doesn’t matter. We are over the cliff heading downward. We can argue about this, that and the other but it will not cushion our fall.
