What absolutely kills me is that those of us that have seen it first hand, worked around/in it...we try to tell people. And no one takes it seriously.
They say they agree. They do largely agree really. But they don’t think an inch beyond the surface of that agreement and realize the actual implications of it. What it really means. Even when we tell them outright. It’s too scary a thought, so they shove it to the periphery. Because if they really DID think it through, they would understand that we really are living in 1984.

No, unfortunately. I don’t generally subscribe to anything on general principles, but I have gotten to the point where I look on a daily basis for new productions from you. That’s why it took so long to reply to you just now. I was over at your lowderwithcrowder site looking over some of your previous vids.
Do you get some revenue if I subscribe to any of those? I would not necessarily mind that if it cost Me nothing merely to subscribe. Some of your vids are really worth watching over and over again. :)

Yeah, it’s all free. The only way I make revenue is through ads on the site and in the future some sponsorships. That’s by design. I don’t want any paywalls preventing people from accessing content.
Really? I don’t remember seeing Remy there before, but then again I have barely begun to scan through your vids so I will keep looking. So far I have found it quite entertaining indeed so I will look into what it takes to sign up for your podcasts at least. I don’t subs to Facebuk or for Tweets, so sorry about that, but I am interested in what I have viewed thus far.

Steven, I really appreciate your site and all the info and vids you post there, but I was recently reminded that you depend upon ads upon the site to make revenue and I am not comfortable with not contributing a bit whenever I visit. Do I need to turn off AdBlockPlus and Ghostery so that you can get hits for your site, or does just visiting contribure?
