He even shares a similar rags-to-riches life
Manny Pacquiao may have disappointed his fans on Sunday, but his look-alike Johnny Dagami will never.
The 42-year-old former factory worker, who impersonates the famous boxer, says, Many people look to me like the real Manny Pacquiao, reported BBC.com
People take pictures with him, because its hard to get the real Pacquiao, he says.
And Dagami is clearly enjoying his shot at fame. In fact, not only does he look like the real hero, but he also mirrors a similar rags-to-riches life story.
He comes from a poor family and, according to him, he along with wife had a mini grocery shop.
However, in 2002 when he began concentrating on what he terms my showbiz career the shop closed down.
But then, there was no looking back, either. I was able to reach this status
my life has changed because we have the same face, he says.
couldn’t fork over a hundred bucks at this time...what did you guys think of the fight if you saw it?
You missed nothing....
Well other than one of the worst renditions of the National Anthem, ever.
I had a gut feeling. I don’t know why. Neither is 22. And if someone gets an injury or their head gets jolted too hard its over.
I boxed four years. I saw/felt enough.
I DO like heavyweight, but those freaks from Ukraine have made it boring.
by whom? Leslie Neilson? :)
“lots of bombs in the air”
I hear his manager said he didn’t get a shot he needed In hi bad side or something like that
No, Jamie Foxx, using about 100 more notes than necessary.
no, really. Who sang?
My 17 year old son and I watched Ali-Frazier III tonight on Youtube, The Thrilla in Manila. One of the best fights of all time....
GREAT fight. to take such a beating and win. But it took its toll later in life. However, they say he is fully aware and humorous inside. It’s just like he’s locked in.
Ali and Frazier both absorbed too much punishment. They both had almost too much heart....
