The stepchildren of a woman killed in an automobile crash involving Bruce Jenner have sued the Olympic gold medalist.
The wrongful death case was filed Friday in Los Angeles by the stepchildren of Kim Howe, whose car was pushed into oncoming traffic after Jenner's sport utility vehicle collided with it on Pacific Coast Highway in February.
The lawsuit by Dana Redmond and William Howe does not specify how much they are seeking, but states they have sustained enormous damages.
Jenner's publicist Alan Nierob declined comment. Demi Lovato Dedicates Song to Bruce Jenner Jenner has not been charged in the case. An investigation is ongoing.
Jenner said in a TV interview that he identifies as a woman and has felt gender confusion since he was a boy.
The day it happened, there were photos taken by paparazzi (TMZ?) of him just prior to the accident staring at something that looked a lot like a cellphone. I’m surprised it took this long.
Seems like the bottom fell out of Jener’s world too.

The only question of interest to the media will be which PRONOUNS are used to describe Jenner in the legal documentation. I expect a 3-hour special report on the issue.

It was a freak accident.
But by normal vehicular laws, one that anyone else in his position would be punished for.
he’ll get the operation then his defense will be “the person known as Bruce Jenner no longer exists, I Brucilla Jenner am innocent”.
I will surmise that the only reason he wasn’t charged is because the enforcers of political correctness (ie our MSM) have somehow obtained undue and unwarranted power to modify our national and legacy culture.
If he was Mr Joe Average there would be no question that he would receive different and less forgiving treatment. Since he is a celebrity and makes money for the entertainment cabal he gets special treatment.
