It's one of many. These are simply typo's of "huge" and "serious".
There's a posting that compiles most of them, but I haven't been able to find it.
is there really? lol cool.
What about the phrase Beeber like device mean?
This story is HUGH and Series!
When I was a kid, all my Grandmother had to do was say, “I’m goin’ out to cut a switch”.
We were never hit with a switch; and I don’t think she ever even cut one. Just the threat was enough - backed-up by the great love and respect that we had for her, which had been instilled by her goodness, love, and moral training. It was horrible to offend her, and when we were bad, and she said the ‘switch’ word, we instantly became GOOD.
(Sometimes, when we were REALLY bad, she’d start singing hymns; boy, did THAT get us to feeling guilty :-)
That’s how it works, when you raise a kid with love and distinct, clear-cut rules, from the get-go.
(Of course, now and then my brother got the threat of the strap from our Dad; and I remember once when he actually got it; but he was a boy, and ‘bad-er’ than I was :-)
God bless this good woman, just trying to keep her son out of trouble. (And, if you notice, he didn’t resist! That’s Motherhood - and even a single woman can pull it off, if she actually tries!)
