They do the UHT because the milk does not sell as fast and so they need longer shelf life.
I’ve tried a few varieties of organic. It still didn’t come close. I wanted to give everything a chance because I was in shock at the difference in flavor. I hate to admit it but it really tasted far superior down South. Otoh, I’ll search out the Parmalat and similar varieties. Maybe that’s the key with some of the uht offerings.
