Super Dave grounded due to noise complaints

The roar of Super Dave Mathieson's aerobatic aircraft has been grounded over noise complaints.
The full-time air show pilot, who made Chilliwack his home base a few years ago, received notification from Transport Canada earlier this month that he could no longer perform the aerobatics under 2000 feet at Chilliwack Airport, citing proximity to "noise sensitive or livestock" areas.

I’ll bet he was done in by the routine where he was strapped onto a big rotating platform while his unskilled assistant shot arrows at him. (IIRC, he took an arrow to the thigh on the very first shot!)
(I know, I know...but this is how I remember these things!)

If Chilliwack was an air force base, the complainants would be told to shove off.I wonder whether Canada’s due process has allowed Dave to confront his accusers, who by and large are allowed to remain anonymous in Canada on such issues.It could be a competitor, a jealous neighbor,etc.
Dave should do what anyone with talent should do, go South to the USA.
The export of talent from Canada carries on a -pace.
Buffalo Air was attacked continuously by DOT over-regulators when their popular reality TV show attracted millions of fans, until Prime Minister Harper actually appeared on the show as a guest.Thew DOT actually tried to drive Buffalo Air out of business.We do not live in a free country.
