Anybody who wears visible tattoos (i.e. that cannot be covered up by clothing) immediately renders themselves employable for any decent job not to mention that they advertise to the world that they are a stupid idiot.

A lot of my Italian American brethren on Staten Island get tattoos. But they are blue collar, either plumbing, construction, electrician etc. Those who aspire for white collar jobs, like I did, don’t have them.
I finally got a tattoo of a rose with my deceased father’s and two deceased uncle’s names on my upper arm when I was 35. Spock was right. “After a time, you may find that having is not so pleasing a thing after all as wanting”

I do not believe that employment in a decent job is high on his agenda.

I rather think that you working a few extra hours and depriving your children of some of their inheritance to support him for the remainder of his natural life is his (and his government's) plan.

I work with a guy like this, tattoo-wise. He's married, just had a baby, and is now having his facial tattoos removed. Why, I asked? "Because I'm a dad now."

This guy doesn't drink, and is a former marine who served in Georgia (the country, not the state), so he's seen combat.
