Maybe Jeb is finally reading the tea leaves? Been watching FOX and reading message boards? What does he need an exploratory committee at this point of the race as Cruz, Paul, and Rubio are already the first three horses in the Preakness? Maybe Jebby is finally at that point where he is as afraid to run as much as Hillary is afraid to make speeches in front of a "Live Audience"?

What I found interesting in this polling set was the absurd low results CNN had for Cruz.

Up until a few days before the election, polls are only meant to sway opinion, not measure it. Try to remember.

Now whether it works out like that, remains to be seen. And Cruz is definitely going to have a few things to say about it. I’m not so sure Rubio has the mojo to take the prize, but I won’t write him off either. Rand Paul has a solid base of support too.

Right here on this forum there was a fellow FReeper who demolished the argument for anyone but Cruz. I think he referred to the race as Cruz and a bunch of others, and all of the bunch with too much baggage. His point was that no one appeals to more than their little support base, abeit in Jeb's case a really really rich base, with the exception of Cruz. Supporters of the bunch are jumping ship to get on the Cruz bandwagon. You don't see Cruz supporters leaving, only more coming.
