Imagine you wanted to get in your electric car and drive a considerable distance. It wouldn’t take long for your car to run out of power, so you would have to have another car, one using gasoline, to drive behind you to make sure you reached your destination.
That’s a description of “renewable energy”, wind and solar, in America today because they both require backup from traditional energy sources such as coal, oil, natural gas, and nuclear. And “renewable energy” based on “free” sun and wind power costs more to produce and purchase. Need it be said that the sun does not always shine consistently everywhere or at night and that the wind does not always blow?

I can see where some of these”alternative,renewable” energy sources may fill small niches here & there,but it ought to be easily recognizable to see that they are not presently economically viable to meet all of our energy needs. I guess the people who push this wouldn’t recognize the truth anyway,since they seem to be hung up on the notion that CO2 is a pollutant, when even a grade school science class student would probably know better.
Obama lies about everything. If he is saying it, it is probably a lie.
Has there been any studies done on the detrimental effects windmills have on disrupting and slowing the airflow over the surface of the earth? Not to mention killing birds...

This is an absolute truth. Millions of Americans are ignorant ass hats and will never be worth a damn. As it stands now almost half of Americans have no idea how to survive without government paying the way.
Not only would you spend 4 hours charging your electric car every 80 miles, but probably at least another 4 hours waiting in line for some other idiot to finish charging his electric car.
