Former number one Tiger Woods believes he is in the right shape to win a 15th major as he declared himself ready for the Masters, which begins on Thursday.
Woods, who is now world 111, has been working on his game since carding a career-worst score of 82 at the Phoenix Open, before injury saw him withdraw from the Farmers Insurance Open.

OK, I had to come back and tease you about this. Good-naturedly, I promise.
When he blew the birdie on 2 yesterday, I wondered if that might be the beginning of the end, but the kid hung tough.
There were other times during the round that I thought things could go badly quickly, but he found a way to weather the storm. I thought the par putt on 16 was one of the best putts under pressure I've seen. That was not an easy putt.
This guy is impossible not to like. I hope he continues to play well. The game needs someone like him.

The kid was phenomenal and you're right, how can you not like him.......
As for my comment about Woods, considering his performances over the past year and a half, I think he did quite well. When you've lost the mental game, it's hard to recover the confidence and he might well be on his way back......we'll see.
As a side note, I thought he broke his wrist when he hit that hidden tree root...........I'm sure it's sore today.
