not to be a jerk - because I think this is awesome and we should be seeing more of it - but I wonder if the company is registered with the FDA to make medical devices (which this is) and if they filed a proper 510K since I believe it would be a class II device. I ask because I work in the industry and have been helping get companies out from under FDA issues for the past 10 years.
