In an open letter to his employer, Home Depot employee Timothy Noffsinger, expressed loud and clear how he feels about the companys promotion of homosexual behavior.
Besides going against his deeply held religious convictions, Noffsinger, a member of Denver Bible Church, expressed in his letter how its aggressive endorsement of homosexuality in the workplace is detrimental to productivity.
"What would happen if Craig Menear, Chairman and CEO of The Home Depot (THD), were to appear at the next board meeting in lipstick and a wig wearing a skirt and pantyhose? Noffsinger asked. In the midst of such absurdity, could the Board of Directors function as though there were nothing wrong and work effectively?

And let them know why.
Noffsinger points out in his letter that employees have a particularly difficult time every summer when theyre forced to observe and promote LGBT month.
"The Home Depot presentation seeks to redefine morality, and therefore effectively defines religion for THD employees, Noffsinger asserts.
The Home Depot worker argues that the company demands its employees to deny their Christian beliefs and pledge allegiance to its new LGBT-friendly belief system.
It is self-evident that what LGBT people practice and promote is perverse, Noffsinger proclaims. It is denying God's order of creation, working against nature and human success."
Christians having a lack of resolve in testifying about Biblical truths ?
Those are not Christians then.
The Bible makes it crystal clear that the Holy Spirit dwells within the heart of the believer, and thus the believer will testify to the truth of Scripture.
The homosexual lobby has already won the battle: homosexual acts used to be illegal, now they are legal. So they can be “celebrated” and promoted via activism - even in the corporate boardroom. So major corporations are typically quite on board with “celebrating” those who engage in homosexual acts.
Adopting a strategy of ignoring the situation - will simply lock in the sodomite victory.
The way to win the war is learn from defeat, then win the upcoming battles - and turn the tide.
No war was ever won by slinking away from the battlefield in defeat and humiliation.
Homosexual activism will not just “go away” because it was a planned and orchestrated thing.
I was emphatically told such changes were coming in the 1980s by a homosexual and I dismissed them as lunacy.
Now I see why he was so certain - obviously he was told by his activist group that the “fix was in”, that they would “win”.
You are wrong, Christ is spreading His Love all over the world for those who choose to believe.
A good Christian news website to peruse:
It is retreating in many areas, yet advancing in others.
I just converted to Christ a few years ago.
We know that God is making Christ’s enemies his footstool, as he promised this in his Holy Word.
i read the part that you highlight, but i still don’t get it.
he says, “they make us deny out christian beliefs”. thats not very specific. do they get them in a room and tell them to say they don’t believe in christianity?
maybe i’m either being thick skulled or too finicky, i just don’t see where he notes specific actions.
Thank you. Take good care.
nothing is more infectious then seeing happy loving people....
they'll know us by our love...
hmmm, well, perhaps you are right. How is such an idea/function going to make sacred- “our relationship” with God
I worked at Home Depot about 8 (?) yrs ago & absolutely HATED it. The hourly employees were absolutely WONDERFUL, they were very decent, down-to-earth & caring people — but the management were total ick-prays: the store’s General Manager was a 250-lb+ BUTCH who had an ultra-short crew cut for “her” hair style (I didn’t notice any tattoos, she was so fugly I didn’t bother to look), & my Garden Department Manager was an alcoholic whose breath reeked every now & then.
It was a very politically-correct business, too. The Christmas season in which I worked (we weren’t allowed to call it that, of course), we had a get-together & EVERYBODY won an award. I don’t remember what mine was, it was so nonsensical...but hey, I won something? Don’t ask me why, I hadn’t been there very long, but I won a prize of some sort for some reason.
I guess we can look forward to seeing 2 X 4s with “#Pound Fudge Together” written on them.
Home depot’s CEO is a big-time GOP donor, isn’t he?
Christ belief is not spreading?
You better cut back on the atheist kool-aid.
After years of state mandated atheism, the Chinese people are hungering for Christ.
There are at least 67 million Christians in China.
That’s more Christians than in Britain.

Oh. Okay. Thanks for letting me know. Great News.
IMHO, the fact that most Conservatives now use the word “gay” for whatever else we used to use shows that we have given up the fight for family values on that point, wouldn’t you say?
He clearly states that employees are required to observe and promote LGBT month. To do so would require you to ignore Christian teachings would it not? Well at least historical Christian teachings as I am not so sure that teaching is still being taught in some Christian churches.
Hey, ding dong- where is your average response time? Got sudden, eh
I don’t know. But one of the founders, Bernie Marcus, is always on Fox. Ken Langone helped him get it started and Ken is on biztalk shows as well.
Wealthy folks, CEOs, etc., generally tend to be kind of “minimalist” in their Biblical interpretations.
That’s why there’s a “social conservative” and a “conservative”; lots of people say they are conservative but don’t think the moral laws of the Bible really seriously apply any more, except on a line-by-line basis, where most people can agree. If a moral law becomes unpopular, conservatives will pretty much toss it out without much more than a whimper. Social conservatives... that’s the code word for “wackos” who take those moral laws to heart. Others often refer to this as “having a case of the scruples”, or “being old-fashioned”, “radical fundamentalism”, etc.
Not necessarily, gay is easier, and quicker, to type than homosexual. But some churches have indeed given up on the fight for family values, and that trend seems to be growing. So when the church stops prompting such behavior as a sin, does it remain a sin? This conservative says yes. But it gives the court ammunition to silence my beliefs, and force me to obey my employer when he wants to observe and promote LBGT Month.
