It was later determined that that man, 50-year-old James West, was high off of Flakka, a synthetic street drug mix with a base of bath salts that can result in paranoia, anxiety, psychosis and hallucinations.OK, so the drug explains those symptoms that James West was experiencing.
What explains Obama's similar symptoms?

Flakka is alpha-Pyrrolidinopentiophenone if you are a science nerd.
The other stuff is a butane extract of cannabis, used to be called “wax” cuz it looks like earwax.
The budder will indeed work in a e-cig with a little work but a-PVP I’m not sure of, it vaporizes at a pretty high temp. Meth pipe yes.

The media just loves these stories. A new drug comes out. Someone goes crazy on it. And they get to stir up a hysteria. I’m not trying to minimize the bad impact of the drug — I’m sure its horrible and no one should take it — but it seems we get these stories every couple years about the horrible new drug that is taking over the country, coupled with an example of someone going crazy on it.

Outlawing natural drugs that are known and creating a market for rogue chemists to create ghastly synthetics. These would never exist if cannabis and coca were legal.
The equivalent of “cocaine crazed negroes” now exist but only because cocaine was made illegal
