The need is strong to tell everyone else what they can or can’t do. What about live and let live?

Al Bundy, carpooling with the new models.
To: Olog-hai
Instead of super skinny, the French will instead consentrate on super tall.

by getting rid of skinny models they are paving the way for ugly models, which then paves the way for sharia compliant hefty bag models....

Well they must have solved their Muslim terrorist problem so well that all they have to worry about is skinny models. Life is good in France.
To: Olog-hai
Its important for fashion models to say that they need to eat well and take care of their health.
HA! The modeling companies are there to make money. The advertising companies are there to make money. The models themselves are fed a daily breakfast of cocaine that keeps them going all day, and pay them millions of dollars. Where else can a girl with an IQ of 70 make $10million?
And on more thing... I bet ain’t nary one of them models knows how to make a decent green bean casserole. PFFT!

When they talk about "skinny models", they are talking about girls like this:

They did specify Super Skinny. Ya know, the kind that make a Kate Moss-type heroin addict seem zaftig by comparison.

Personally, I’d much rather have France set quotas for fat, average and thin people on TV. And for good looking vs. ugly people on TV too. Especially news anchors.

Yikes. How can that possibly be considered beautiful?
To: Steve Van Doorn
I’m sure it wasn’t stupidity, it was psychological.
