I’d take it and so would all the farmers around here, our soils are alkaline and we need acid for the correct ph and to break down the nitrogen.
I’m no chemist but I’ll bet acid whey would serve as a base for adhesives.
The post said some things that were untrue about pouting the waterways which I keyed on and which made the article unworthy of reading. After all it was just yahoo.

Greek Yogurt is darn good. It even becomes a dessert with just plain greek Yogurt and honey on top.
Chobani is the GMO one. (not really greek yogurt, more simulated density yogurt product)

I just pour it off into a glass and drink it. The more I pour off, the more the yoghurt solidifies. After a time it becomes spreadable. In the Middle East they call it Lebena, If I remember correctly. They use it on Pita bread.
