It is fairly obvious what happened looking at the products being recalled. Someone did not clean the bar machinery properly.

And then someone did not do a swab test.

I was often considered a pain in the fourth point of contact because I insisted that at least six swab tests had to be taken and then results needed to be back before the product went out.

I hated recalls.

Do you think this was negligence (probably by an illegal) or a case of deliberate sabotage? I generally apply Occam's Razor to such things but the world became a different place starting on January 20, 2009 when a criminal regime seized power with the intent of destroying the Republic.
