Wow, thanks for posting this article! Amazing when you realize everything created is first designed here in the U.S.A., including how the product will be manufactured. Very few companies have the skills of Apple, when it comes to design and manufacturing prowess. Ignore the taunts of the Apple-haters, they haven’t a clue about the engineering difficulties of what Apple tackles, and succeeds at.

Thanks for posting, Sword. I just watched the collection of Apple videos and I am amazed at how they thought through every detail down to developing new alloys of stainless, aluminum, and gold. Turns out all the sapphire work was aimed at the watch crystal.
I have at worn a watch in 40 years, but I may have to reconsider now.
