Brilliant and inspired

It saddens me that so many in the Deaf community prefer to stay that way and want it as an insular (taxpayer supported) society. Even after medical science removes deafness (which they are maybe a generation from accomplishing forever in the USA).

We have hearing impeared people in our church and all of us have at least a smattering of sign language skills ... very happy and comfortable church
