There are a lot of concerts (audio with video) from the Fillmore and elsewhere (more 70s than 60s) on youtube these days.

music vault has broken down their archives sometimes by genre, sometimes by artist. And some of the uploads have been broken down by song, whereas there is also a link for the full shows. Often several bands’ sets from the same night are even posted.
