A pizza delivery guy's tip causes an uproar. But CNN's Jeanne Moos reports he may end up making a bundle.
An auto dealership's insulting attitude towards a pizza delivery guy was posted online from the take on their internal cameras, apparently because someone thought belittling the pizza guy was humorous for some reason.
They were quite wrong.
The video has since gone viral and the business is finding itself no sympathy as a result of their actions despite attempting to ignore it at first, with one person even claiming it was the pizza guy's fault.

Too right, they are, and I can not tell you how upset I was when I first viewed the vid. I am just happy that not only are a lot of others upset about how he was treated, but the establishment that employed those persons is suffering as a result of it. Sadly, it looks like only the female who threatened to ‘put her foot up his a$$’ might be fired as a result.
I think they should all be fired. What kind of person thinks it is OK to not only treat someone trying to make an honest living this way, but that it is somehow so humorous that they post the vid online?

NP...any word yet on the status of the used car lot? I would think it might be time for a “going out of business/closing sale” & a return with a new name (like the furniture stores do).
Nothing definite so far. I keep hearing that it is going out of business, and one of the local radio talk show hosts there said that when this all first began he noted that there appeared to be about fifteen cars awaiting sales in the lot there (his radio station is a couple of miles from their location) but that as of a couple of days ago the lot looked emptied out. They might have just moved their stock out temporarily, but you do have to wonder.
I do think it takes longer than one month for a business to go completely under, but considering the backlash it suffered as a result of this incident the owner(s) might have just realized that their establishment was effectively destroyed and simply pulled the plug.
Couldn’t happen to a more deserving lot of wankers. Hope others keep track of the individuals involved and make certain they do not simply reappear in another location under different titles to continue their actions in the future.
Especially that green-hatted trollop with the ‘foot up your ***’ comment. She deserves to be identified with this for a long, long time -and potential employers need to be aware that she is far too likely to commit similar acts in the future should they decide to employ her services.
I see a used car lot reality show in the near future.

Jerk wad car dealership employees should have let it go. I mean...it was only $7. Situation avoided.
Going after someone like that because of $7 sounds like something George Costanza would do.
A distinct possibility, given the prevalence of so many others. I personally do not understand their popularity, but then again I do not understand how other programmes such as Opra and The View have such a large following either.
Actually, it was about a month ago. You might have been confused because of the immaturity and insulting attitudes of the persons in the car dealership, rather reminiscent of Jr. High School days for many. For others, the attitude comes across as pure in-your-face NuYawk reflexive belligerance. Apologies to the few decent residents of the area, I hasten to add.
7$ was kind of low-ball for a tip, but who doesn’t know that pizza delivery guys do the deliveries for tips and include one? At least, here in the US they do, and this dealership appears to be located in the US.
Yep. Right "up the road" from me. Most car dealerships around here are staffed by absolute a-holes and owned by organized crime types. Real scum pits.
