They are now testing other emulsifiers. It would probably be a bit chaotic to conduct a study so wide ranging if all were tested at once. The most common source of lecithin in processed foods is soy, not eggs. Soy is not that good for us.
Soy is especially bad for men, as the male body regards it as a form of estrogen. Great for women. Not great for guys.
Interesting the Japanese have been eating it forever and has no impact on them. Soy sauce, Tofu, crackers, on and on. Maybe the higher seafood diet counteracts ill effects?
