Soy is especially bad for men, as the male body regards it as a form of estrogen. Great for women. Not great for guys.
Not good for women with family history or personal history of estrogen fed cancers either and soy is not the only culprit. Flax seed is worse than soy and flax is one of the highly promoted health foods now. Sad for me is that grapefruit is also on the list. Instead of everday I only have grapefruit once a week or less now.
Unless it is fermented, it’s not good for women either. It’s one of those foods that was promoted as a health food when it is really the opposite.
