Just how ginormous is Apple Inc. now?
As the iPhone-makers shares continue to set fresh record highs, its market cap is now above $765 billion. Combined with Exxon Mobil Corp.'s pullback over the past six months, Apple has pulled off the rare occurrence of being worth at least double any other publicly traded U.S. company. No. 2 Exxons market cap has eased to $374 billion.

The USA no longer offers much in the way of foreign aid or military aid to israel, but we have maintained the Most Favored Nation status in trade with israel which is worth about $30 billion in trade, or 10% of their GDP. That's very important support. Our strategic treaties are also a back prop to their security. . . but under Obama, they are worth about as much as so much used toilet paper to any of our treaty partners any more. Israel knows this. . . but they have made themselves somewhat indispensable to the US in some strategic arms they sell to US. . . so the Most Favored Nation status is pretty safe for now.
Oh yeah ... it was ole Dennis ... :-) ...
Name a war or invasion that we kept our treaty obligation to Israel.
We did get a spy ship shot to hell by Israel in one of their skirmishes, one can only wonder why Israel kept firing on that ship when our flag was perfectly visible.
The American people have a deep commitment to the survival of Israel but I am under no illusion that our government shares that commitment, certainly not under the current administration.
We send Billions of dollars to the Palestinian thugs so they can afford to lob missiles and rockets into Israel.
Personally I pray for Israel as the Bible asks me to do.
I am pretty sure Israel will be OK, us on the other hand I have doubts about.
I will concede that the US has helped keep some very onerous UN cr@p from getting out of hand but likely more for our benefit than Israel's.
My Bible tells me the Whole World will come against Israel and sadly I am pretty sure that includes us.
Israel pays for their imports, so what's your point? Does the USA have a monopoly on wheat? LOL. Man there is a lot of antisemitism on Free Republic.
Well, it’s that same Bible that says many Jews are killed at that time and only a remnant escapes Israel and hides in the wilderness until the Messiah of Israel returns and saves them.
Nice little tag team arrangement you guys have got.

Do you have a screen protector on your iPad? I have one on my iPhone but am unsure if I need one with the iPad since I have ordered a cover for it.
No, I don’t have a screen protector, but I do have the Apple Smart Case. It has a cover that flips back and it unlocks the iPad when you do that. When you flip the cover back on it, it locks it again.
My original Apple Smart Case has really gotten the wear and tear, but the iPad inside it doesn’t have a scratch or a dent. The iPad looks brand new. I’m going to have to buy a new case because the original one is so beat up and worn out! ... :-) ...

I’m going to the Apple store this weekend so I will check out their cases.
I bought a Logitech cover with a keyboard but I don’t know how often I will need an actual keyboard since I use Siri a lot. I just may have bought too soon. I hate when I do that. lol
Depending on what model you have, they’ll have it in the Apple Store, or they will have it online. For the current models being sold in the store, those Apple Smart Cases are in the store. For the prior models, you’ll have to order it online.
Be sure to note that they have a “cover” and a “case”. I have the case since it encloses the entire iPad (which the cover doesn’t).
Got it. Thanks, I will definitely check for a case.
I have a clue, I am just in to hard asset companies and Apple ain’t one.
Israel will survive but not untouched for sure. If that pain will befall them what will those that stand against Israel suffer?
Wwwwwhhhhaaaattttttt ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿ Quien sabe¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿
A question here ... what pain will those Christians, who oppose Israel and support the Palestinians, suffer ... because of their belief in “Replacement Theology”??
Obviously they’re not going before the Great White Throme Judgement (they’ve accepted Christ as their Savior), and they WILL be in the Millennial Kingdom. And the Bema Seat judgement is one of rewards and not punishment ... SO ... what exactly will they be suffering?
The Apostles asked who would be at Jesus' right hand and He wouldn't answer, so I wouldn't presume.
Replacement Theology changes the entire meaning of Prophecy and I reject it. I like "Chuck Missler's teachings on this but there are plenty of others ringing that bell.
Of course your original position was that the USA has always stood with Israel, I just didn't accept that premise anymore than I accept McConnell's claim that he defends the Constitution.
Isa 45:17 But Israel shall be saved in the LORD with an everlasting salvation: ye shall not be ashamed nor confounded world without end.
If you look on my FReeper page, you’ll see I reject Replacement Theology, too.
I’m a “Dispensationalist” ... which to those of this Replacement Theology belief ... is actually a CURSE WORD ... :-) ...
Got my mini. Setting it up now
I don’t know if you intend to take it around with you, when you go out and about, or use it strictly at home ... but if you do take it out with you, you’re going to have to adjust your mentality, so to always be thinking about about where it is at all times. At first, I was leaving mine laying down in different places, and fortunately, I never had it taken before I remembered to pick it up again. These days, I always remember, and it’s like it’s another appendage on me ... LOL ...
