Climate change enthusiast Bill Nye appeared on MSNBC, Monday, to lobby the network for more global warming cheerleading and the importance of linking all weather events to the phenomena. Talking to Joy Reid about the cold and snow hitting much of the country, he implored, "...Just say the word climate change. Just, like, 'It could be climate change. It's a possible connection to climate change. Is this evidence of climate change?'"
Nye demanded, "Could you just toss that in now and then?" A compliant Reid agreed: "Absolutely. I would like to toss that in every single time." Nye then stated the obvious: "MSNBC is, in many ways, regarded as a progressive station." He spoke to the few conservatives watching MSNBC: "We need you."
Nye quickly turned insulting, "But if the conservative side are going to continue to deny what 97 percent of the scientists in the world are saying, we're not going to reach a consensus. We are not going to make progress."

Remember, about 10 years ago, some British warmunist wrote that within a few years, children would not be able to play in the snow because it wouldn't exist because of "global warming"?

I like science and all, but Nye is one of the most irritating people in the world.
Hey, hey, Professor Proton had a real PhD.
This was my childhood favorite.
That was a fun show.
I think Nye is just another bum trying to hop a ride on the carbon tax gravy train.
When I was a kid, I loved “Mr. Wizard”. I have no idea why now but it was really interesting.
They began showing the old 1950s “Superman” a few weeks ago. It is really hokey and the special effects are bad even for the day but you know what?
I really enjoy watching it. The reason is the stories are good and so are the characters. In one of today’s episodes they showed a scene I had read about but wasn’t sure it really happened.
A guy fires six times at Superman and he stands there with his arms folded and just smiles. Then the guy throws the gun at him and he ducks.
Mr. Wizard would NEVER go for the global warming crap. I watched him all the time when I was a kid. Mr. Wizard was all about reality. Nye is just another fundraiser for the Church of the Global Warming.

Loved watching the old Julius Sumner Miller videos on PBS.
Mr. Wizard was great.
