In a post on their site titled “Eddie Routh: The Untold Story,” Warfighter News details their comprehensive investigation involving interviews with three Marines who served directly with Routh, and several inconsistencies with the defense.
“We reached out to experts and did our own homework,” Spencer Walker, Board Chairman and CEO of Warfighter News, told The Daily Caller News Foundation. “The defense is trying to claim Routh had PTSD, but our analysis shows that it’s extremely unlikely. According to Dr. C. Alan Hopewell, former Senior Neuropsychologist for the Department of the Army, Routh’s actions indicate paranoid schizophrenia. PTSD has been endlessly ripped out of its context. Our organization is essentially the only one looking at it from this angle.”
The Marines failed, Veterans Affairs (VA) failed, and his parents failed to look into Routh’s dark past and detect a dangerous pattern of drug abuse, deadly violence, and a misdiagnosis of PTSD, Walker said — adding that the choice of Routh’s defense attorneys to blame his actions on PTSD essentially implies that every veteran suffering from PTSD is dangerous and potentially a murderer.
“Routh was never near any incoming. Where he was located on the camp, he was rather safe and cozy,” said Cpl. Ryker Pawloski, a Marine who served with Routh in Iraq in the 8th Combat Logistics Battalion.
“If you go to a doctor and say I have anxiety, they’ll treat you for anxiety,” Walker continued. “If you’re a veteran and you go to the VA, they’ll say you have PTSD right off the bat. PTSD is one of the most over-diagnosed conditions in the veteran community and the VA hospital that Routh had gone to was one of the worst in the nation, but the VA does have a great public affairs office.”

I read the same thing but don’t remember if it was from the wife’s testimony her first day on the stand or something online. The text was sent to Littlefield who was sitting in the passenger seat of Kyle’s vehicle - and Littlefield texted to Kyle, “He’s sitting right behind me. Watch my six.” They couldn’t very well talk about it with the guy sitting right there so texting was a good idea.. Kyle should have turned around and gone home at that point. 20-20 hindsight is great...
His wife did testify that she either phoned or texted Kyle after he was on the road awhile and he didn’t sound right to her and she asked him if everything was ok and he replied that it was. I think she said she called him a couple of times because of the way he sounded....

There isn’t any hint he was a moslem. There’s a ton of proof he was a psychotic that scared his family. We shoot ourselves in the foot to make it something it just isn’t. Then when it is a Bergdahl or Hassan, nobody will believe us.

Seriously, when you first heard this breaking it just didn’t sit right. Plus this muzzie wanna be is now a big hero and will convert in prison. I give him 2 months before they get him like dhamar and berkowitz.
I view the hit on Kyle as a follow-on to Extortion 17 in August 2011 where nearly 20 SEALs were murdered in one helicopter. For some reason, they were unable to get Kyle aboard that helicopter.
He sympathized with the prisoners.

According to his fellow Marines who said he was prone to violent attacks on THEM for minor jokes, he hated them and bragged about abusing them. He’s no moslem.
There isn’t the slightest proof that indicates he was a moslem. Not a word from anyone says he was. He was just a nut, and hated everybody, and scared everyone around him.
A jihadi would have been the nicest guy ever in that pickup.
Kyle could already see that he wasn’t right in the head. I suspect Kyle somewhat knew moslems too. He defaulted to nut.
