You need to understand that this is Minnesota, and the person’s actions are acceptable forms of political expression, including destruction of property. This has been established in Minnesota with the overwhelming support of the RNC 8 from the Twin Cities. Dropping sacks of concrete mix and smashing windows were merely political expression.
Expecting this person to work is at the bare minimum an act of microagression, not to mention racist, sexist, and homophobic!

My kids friend got fired from McDonalds but he didn't throw a public tantrum like this.
Instead he went to the bathroom and plugged up the toilet with his uniform and flooded the place.
