Although victory rolls and ankle length skirts may seem a little dated to many women in their twenties, for one it is a way of life. Holly Foster, 22, prides herself on her lady-like attire, adopting the style of women in 1950s, which has recently seen her crowned Miss Vintage UK. However, her floral prints and pearls are more than just a style statement as Holly says dressing this way - and 'not like Miley Cyrus' - is the only way to demand real respect from men.

She does in the other pictures on the site.
Man, my imagination took over after scoping that babe!
While in the UAE...where a good number of women (but certainly not *all*) wear those black burlap sacks...the thought occurred to me from time to time that I was no more tempted to rape the ones wearing Western clothes than the ones swearing the burlap.Hey,maybe it's because my testosterone levels are down.Or maybe it's because I was brought up properly.
‘Unfortunate headline.’
The actual/original headline was probably just too long to quote in its entirety. Here it is:
‘The controversial Miss Vintage UK who claims that women who dress like Miley Cyrus encourage men to take advantage’

Women should try to be more modest.
Too many women nowadays, they dress so sloppy. They wear tops which show too much. They wear these hip hugger pants which are so low cut, when they bend over, you can see the great divide.
A little modesty goes a long way. And the same can be said of some men, who also expose underwear and places which should be covered.
All actions have consequences. Strolling through the streets of America ( or Walmart) dressed like a prostitute will provoke a certain usually predictable response. Dressing modestly and situationally appropriately will engender a different response ( and not only just from men.)
Currently American women are ( mostly) free to choose how to adorn their bodies, unlike millions of women in the Arab world who must wear shrouds not to hide their femininity but their humanity. Now, an American woman is free to exit her home wearing a madonna brassiere reminiscent of 1985 along with a miniskirt and no underwear rather than a knee length skirt and tasteful blouse. Her freedom to wear whatever she so chooses however does not negate the fact that other people’s responses to her will depend on which outfit makes it out of her closet.
LOL!
The only thing “controversial” about that is those goofy gloves.
Agent Carter? One of the few good things on TV. Last night was a good episode. Amazing that the grand old soviet union was shown in such a brutal and evil light with the girl school fight.
Wow, she’d look great in Foyle’s War.
Me gusto mucho!
LOL
There will come a time when seeing women naked is so commonplace that seeing them tastefully dressed will become the real turn on.

Ugly a$$ tattoos and “tramp stamps” negate any encouragement or attractiveness.
Funny how it’s always the woman’s fault when men misbehave. Unless it’s your sister or daughter, of course.
I know it is not likely; but could we be seeing the beginnings of a culture sea change; one based on common sense; revealing a few threads of decency and moral ascendency.
Seems like a stretch but we can hope; as we are so close to the bottom of the barrel; where the stench of decay is noxious, yea deadly.
Another knee jerk femo-fascist. Let’s prove your thesis; it’s your turn to wear the pork chop necklace across the
Serengeti.
