"Farmer has been arrested eight times in Florida -- most recently in July 2006 on a felony charge of carrying a concealed weapon, records show. Holton has been arrested nine times in Florida on charges including burglary, robbery and carrying a concealed weapon. He was released from prison in April 2014."
I would think he would've been in Prison for a very long time. Especially
as a violent repeat criminal. Is there affirmative action sentencing now?
I'm seeing this more often these days. Criminals with a long history are on
the streets and the message is "Do the Crime, Not the Time" from our Courts.
I am sure he was just set up 8 times.
