They are claiming that the guy who put the first video up was an outside tech contractor whom they have now fired. The guy in the lower left of the video.

I'm sure that if the first-encounter video really vindicated anybody at the dealership, they'd have had that guy come back and do it so they all could be proven in the right, right?

An aside....any dealership that doesn’t have anybody there who can’t pull a stored video off a computer and upload to a computer, I don’t want them working on my car, period. My car gets its operating system downloaded to it via a USB stick. :0)
