[ I smell a Renewal of Star Trek: Enterprise! ]

I would LOVE that, as long as they put Manny Cotto in charge, he did a great job on season four to try to clean up the mess the B and B did ....

It would be totally awesome, Manny did a great job re-invigorating the series for the final season. The fifth season would have probably kept the whole thing going if it had been filmed.

Unfortunately Scott Bakula now has a hit forensic cop show that everybody seems to like so much these days, plus he's getting a little old. Trip was killed off, and Malcolm was just an all-around moody tool.

Maybe the adventures of Dr. Phlox?

Like Jeri Ryan on “Voyager.” According to Robert Duncan McNeill, her character was known by the cast as “7 of 36D.”

That was close to being the best series they had IMO...

going old school with dials, hull plating, etc was a good idea..and they blew it playing with time travel BS...lost their way....same old silliness...

Firefly will never be beat.

"There is only one Khannnn that is Ricardo Montilban"

I never understood why Khan looked like a piece of old, weathered Corinthian leather, but the rest of his crew looked one-third his age.

Hollywood can’t make a good Star Trek because a good Star Trek would appeal to young men and boys.

A demographic the advertisers Hollywood works for don’t want.

Hollywood considers a ‘good’ Star Trek to be one that successfully sells make up, clothes and silly electronic devices to women.

There’s a reason why in 10 years there isn’t even a sniff of ST on TV: it’s effing’ expensive to produce.

Know a couple of guys who worked on Enterprise. Every damn scene was a CGI bankhole for the SFX companies and the sound stages had to be produced differently every episode. The difference is more costumes, more make-up artists etc. You might as well make a movie for the amount of dough producers have to cough up for one episode.

If the series was modeled after the JJ Abrams movies it could potentially be huge.

Maybe a little less "lens flare"
