Is Chris Christie lying about his lapband surgery?
Jerry Jones private box | 1/5/15

Posted on 01/05/2015 9:30:02 AM PST by DallasBiff

Watching the video of RINO Christie in Jerry Jones private box and Christie looks fatter than Ralph Kramden.

I know 3 people who have had lapband surgery, as Christie said he had, and they all had dramatic weight loss.

Is Christie lying, all to garner sympathy, while he is still a glutton?

Christie stated back in September he lost 85 pounds.

Maybe Krispie should ask Al Sharp-Ton how he lost weight.

Maybe 52 extra long...

If I liked him as a candidate it wouldn’t matter. I don’t like him as a candidate and it still doesn’t matter.

He still looks like he’s had some weight loss from early on in his first term, but I thought it might be more significant based on just his face. He still is carrying quite a bit of weight.

When I first saw him sitting, I thought...yep, he’s running..because it looked more significant from the chest up.

I don’t really care...he dealing with the hand he’s dealt. I was a big fan for a while in his first term, until it became clear he was in it for self-promotion more than anything, and weak on some key issues. I originally was intrigued because he’s a fighter and has a much more conservative streak than other NJ governors before him (Whitman, for example), but as I learned more, I became less interested.

I think Obama packed it pretty tight after the Hurricane.

Using a lapband isn’t a guarantee of weight loss. A friend got one & was constantly going to the doctor to tinker with it. One thing she discovered early was that the easiest food to eat was...ice cream! Not much help there.

He’s chunky, but not that huge.

True. I would rather have a guy who likes to eat in office rather than the skinny@$$ we have as president right now.

I saw a pic of Crispy the other day and he looked a lot less fat to me. I mean the guy was so morbidly obese before it is kind of hard to tell.

The voters can accomplish something similar by dumping him.

Ah, masticate. So, in other words, your vision is fine.

Does he ever stop kissing up to his idols? Every time I see this RINO he’s bear hugging someone. He always looks like an outsider so badly wanting in. Almost sad.

he's fat

I agree. He looks like he put on a lot of weight but it hasn't yet distributed back to his face and arms.

Formerly fat bodies regain weight very easily and don't like to give it back once it's packed back on. Over-eating from Thanksgiving on and through New Years, and it's easy to lose control for the person with a binge personality.

I'm speaking as a person who made that mistake the first time I lost weight.

My vision is 20/20 when I have my glasses on.

If I don’t Masticate properly with every meal I can sometimes end up seeing my meal again sooner than expected and not in a good way.

I have researched the various types of surgeries for obesity and am a personal acquaintance of a top bariatric surgeon. I believe that the lapband surgery is appropriate for people who struggle to lose or keep off just 25 to 50 pounds. People who tend to be heavier than this seem quickly to out-eat the band, which in any case should be adjusted at least monthly.

Chris Christie simply has too big an appetite for lapband surgery to solve his weight problem. He would look into the surgery Rosie O'Donnell had last year. That surgery is permanent; one simply can't out-eat it without risking death.

True, heck you could even EAT MORE and spend less tax payer money on FOOD than the current resident....

Because if you eat cheap fatty foods, instead of rich liberal moochelle approved food, you save money.

I thought that exact thing watching that clip.

He looks like the guy that no one likes but wants everyone to like him.

Even with the lapband surgery if you still eat the wrong food, that which made you fat, you can still put weight on. And if your activity is inadequate you may not lose fat.
