Hard to imagine that from this simple image emerged a supermarket global empire
But what about the superior quality of Chinese made products? < /sarc >
Manufacturing has a real low union participation rate. Something like 10%.
A real country would have slapped tariffs on the Chinese crap in a NY minute. But our politicians were purchased early on with ChiCom money(bribes).
Haven’t you heard about time travelers? Like the guy in the really old photo talking on a cell phone. Well this time traveler drives a Subaru Outback.
If the guy was talking on a cell phone who was he talking to and where was the cell tower they were using?
A famous Californicate politico observed that “ We have the best government money can buy!” (Jesse Unruh, who incidentally was the guy who Reagan had to beat to become governor in 1970).
Thanks did the same at woolworth stores good time gone.
>>If the guy was talking on a cell phone who was he talking to and where was the cell tower they were using?

Not many look at Pendleton, Woolrich, et al
Bought a Pendleton wool bathrobe a little while back. It will last forever and is WARM and well-made.
Yup. Target does have nicer linoleum.
