Notwithstanding the protections provided by the First Amendment, there is a valid question whether the assassination of any living head of state, no matter how heinous the individual or his regime, is suitable subject matter for a major studio motion picture.*cough*

If it wasn't for double standards, liberals would have no standards at all.

I am going to take my entire family to see it anyway. It is the principle of the thing. No country should tell us what to do period.

DOAP” as it has come to be called by its publicists, has garnered understandable notoriety after making its debut at the Toronto Film Festival and being picked up by the same studio that distributed “The Passion of the Christ.”
not a small deal at all.

I don't have personal knowledge of this, of course, but I've heard it's readily available on teh torrentz.

Saw it online last night. My wife and oldest son really like Seth Rogan. You know EXACTLY what you get in one of his movies.
If you like raunchy comedy, the movie is for you.

At the end of that last movie these dipwads did (something about the Rapture in LA and a party at Franco’s new house), they showed some extra clips about the movie making process and how they ‘developed’ ideas.... smoke, weed, marijuana whatever you want to call it. These Canadian (except Franco) Hollywood dipshits just smoke their butts off and get somebody to write it down.
Then they take all the best scenes and make a trailer. Nothing worthy follows. I fully expect this ‘movie’ is no different.

I smell a rat - a big setup. Something about this is just too convenient and too perfect, except that the alleged Nork overreaction is a bit too irrational and over the top. My experienced Hegel-sniffing nose makes me wonder two things:
1. What are we being distracted away from? And
2. How might government expand its power as a result?
Tighter control of the internet might answer the second question...

I use the “Hitler Test” to answer that question. Or if I was a liberal, I’d use the “Bushitler Test”.
If it only saves one child, right?

The promo should entice a person to see the movie, I wouldn’t pay the electricity to watch this thing, after seeing the preview.

Yeah, except the gif you posted covers the George W. Bush look-a-like president. This movie was the liberal’s political porn and was well known to be about the liberal’s hoped for assassination of Bush. And, not a word from anyone in the corrupt MSM denouncing this.

I’d rather watch laundry drying than “The Interview” - or 99% of what Hollywood puts out.

Although I’d love to see the movie just like everyone else... as a finger in the eye for NK. But I flat-out refuse to give any money to Sony. Ever since that root-kit BS, I’ve been waiting for the place to burn down so I can laugh.
