Brandon Raub is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps who decided to post critical opinions about Barack Obama on Facebook. What happened to him then will strike fear into the hearts of any good American and make them wonder what country they’re living in.
According to the Rutherford Institute, Raub was arrested by “a swarm of FBI, Secret Service agents and local police,” and detained without charges for “mental evaluation.”
The detention, it’s alleged, was done under a federal program codenamed “Operation Vigilant Eagle.” The program is intended to surveil former veterans who publicly express opinions critical of the government.

First we, under our system of Government, need someone to represent us. That we do not have. We have now two wings of one party. Both wings are control and power hungry. They just differ on how to reach their goals of total control and power over the serfs.

I know who he is. what surprised me is that you would attempt to employ a howling whack job who got himself (and most of his followers) wiped from the face of the earth as anything other than an example of epic, screaming failure.

I ditched Facebook three years ago. What a colossal waste of time it is. It’s good for getting fired though...
there are those ive done bidness with on facebook...and frankly I dont want to share my deepest thoughts with them...or much of anybody else to tell you the truth.
there are relatively few people in this area who approach conservatism that it doesnt make a lot of sense to “come out” as one on facebook and drive business away.
I read it quickly, the entire article, but I didn’t see anything mentioning Barack Obama. Just ‘leaders’. And I saw zero threats, veiled or otherwise, against those ‘leaders’.
I’m not surprised at all that the judge threw this out.

were I him....I would find an EXCELLENT lawyer,or team of lawyers..,and sue these people until they bleed gold.
its a very bad precedent to ALLOW this sort of treatment..whether a judge throws it our or not.

I don't put my name out there. My friends can email or text me. But social network is a good way to get fired, divorced, arrested. If government agencies want to do a search on you, they can and will...but there is no need to make their jobs any easier for them.
