Someone recently has referred to unborn babies as "potential humans."

I ask - are they human or not? That is a question that needs to be definitely defined.

If it is not human then why would you ever operate on it ?

Wouldn't you need a separate kind of doctor who is only trained to operate on "potential humans"?

How about a veterinarian?
