Recently an 18-year-old University of South Alabama student, Gil Collar, was shot and killed by a campus police officer.
At the time of the shooting, the student was under the influence of LSD and exhibiting erratic behavior around the campus police station.

Why are white neighborhoods not burning, with no looting, no police cars being turned over? Civilized citizenry, perhaps?
Appeals to conscience of those without integrity & those who are utterly incapable of being honest with themselves and others always falls of deaf ears.
Or perhaps they are just smart enough to realize that burning down your own neighborhood is about as dumb as it gets.
